According to a survey, there is a great shortage of skilled medical lab Technicians, X-Ray, OT, Oph. Asstt. in Labs hospitals and nursing homes.
Keeping in view this shortage & to fulfill this requirement, Guru Nanak Institute of Medical Technology, Patiala Estd. 1991, which is self supporting and self financed (not aided by any Govt. Department) has been serving the health sector by providing trained Para Medical manpower to run laboratories X-ray units, Nursing homes & Hospitals in private as well as in Govt. Organisations.
Guru Nanak Institute not only Covers the Syllabus of the courses, it also makes an effort to make it more simple by using audio-visual aids, new techniques in practical fields, providing qualified faculty who gives personal attention to the students & give them a healthy environment for learning academic pursuits.
